Fully immerse yourself into the Haon Garden Rooms experience by visiting our fantastic showroom. Located in the middle of Bedfordshire’s stunning countryside in Stagsden, you will have the opportunity to see lots of different garden room designs, sizes, shapes, and finishes.
Our 3D Garden Room Planner allows you to design your dream garden room. You can explore different size, height, cladding, glazing, decking and lighting options. Once you’re happy with your design, you can submit it to us for a free quote.
We also offer a free design and 3D model service to anyone who’d prefer that we do it for them.
Under permitted development as long as your garden room is less than 2.5m tall, is further than 2m away from your boundary line and doesn't exceed 30m2 then you won't need planning permission.

Due the bespoke nature of our garden rooms, we can build any size room however most of our clients decide to fit within the permitted development rules which would require the room to be less then 30 sqm.

Yes, we can install plumbing and a full working toilet/shower, sink or kitchenette into your space.
Yes of course you can - most of our clients prefer an open plan layout but we're happy to design and install a garden room with multiple rooms when required. You won't be able to include this as an option in the 3D builder, so please get in touch with our team today and they can design your dream garden room for you.
