All Our HAON Garden Rooms Include:
Fully immerse yourself into the Haon Garden Rooms experience by visiting our fantastic showroom. Located in the middle of Bedfordshire’s stunning countryside in Stagsden, you will have the opportunity to see lots of different garden room designs, sizes, shapes, and finishes.
Our 3D Garden Room Planner allows you to design your dream garden room. You can explore different size, height, cladding, glazing, decking and lighting options. Once you’re happy with your design, you can submit it to us for a free quote.
We also offer a free design and 3D model service to anyone who’d prefer that we do it for them.
A full sized pool table is around 8ft long, and you also need to take into account space for the players to move their que around the room. Because of this, we'd recommend a minimum size of 4m x 5m. If you'd like to include additional features such as a bar, or a seating area we recommend going bigger.

Yes, a lot of our customers want a games room that includes a bar. Get in touch and we can discuss all your options and recommend a design that works for you.
Due to the bespoke nature of our games rooms, we can fit as many plug sockets as required to power your games. Arcade games can take up a lot of space, so you're more likely to be restricted by the size of the room than anything else. If you're unsure what size games room you need, get in touch and one of our advisors will be able to assist you.
Of course - all of our games rooms are fully insulated and have double glazed windows which makes them very heat efficient. On top of that, as standard they all come with an electric radiator so you can use your games room comfortably all year round.
