January is that time of year when we all think about how we can be healthier and what we can do to fit this in with our lives!
Even with all the best intentions it’s not easy to get to a gym, do the work-out you want, and integrate this with the rest of your day or week; what with work and family.
And that’s without even factoring in some social time!
So, what is better than no commute to the gym?
All this and so much more is what you get with a Haon garden gym!
Garden gyms are fast becoming an absolute must for the discerning gym-goer or health enthusiast.
With double glazing, and hybris insulation in the walls, ceiling and floor, all Haon garden rooms, gyms and studios can be used comfortably any time of the year, and in any weather.
A bespoke garden gym can give you exactly what you want; designed and built precisely to your individual requirements with a wide choice of double glazed uPVC windows and French, sliding or bi-fold doors, specialist flooring, lighting, mirrors, additional ceiling height (if required), toilet and shower facilities, and even, if you want, a little coffee-corner to chill-out in afterwards!
Imagine doing the Sun Salutation as the sun rises or sets over the decking of your very own Yoga studio! Then completing your workout in the peace and quiet or your zen studio afterwards.
Or, how about meditating in the warmth of your peaceful Yoga studio with the tranquil music from your speakers, and not another sound around?
And, if Pilates is your thing, wouldn’t you like to do your reformer workout in your very own Pilates studio, built and designed exactly the way you’d like it?
No commute, not intrusive people around. Just peace and space to workout your way, whenever you want.
Pure bliss!
A gym doesn’t need to be just a single room for working out; there are so many more options.
But just for a moment, let’s look at how you can create the gym, or exercise and weights space of your dreams.
With a wide choice of doubled glazed uPVC windows and French, sliding or bi-folding doors, we make sure that your gym is flooded with as much natural light as possible to take advantage of your wonderful garden views.
When designing a garden gym, head space and arm-reach should be considered. If required, rooms can be constructed higher than our standard 2.5m (external) roof height, to accommodate for lifting weights.
We always recommend that specialist flooring be used as protection from weight-dropping or exertion, and once again, with a bespoke garden gym company we have a range of specialist flooring for our clients to choose from.
And don’t forget about the electrics! In addition to fabulous lighting and panelled walls, we can install plenty of electrical sockets so all your equipment can be fully powered, as well as extra data points in addition to the CAT plate which comes as standard, so you’ll be able to run all your Smart devices and watch TV whilst you work out, or just chill-out afterwards, listening to your favourite music on those fitted speakers, or watch your large flat-screen TV.
For the ultimate gym experience, you could choose to include a toilet and shower room.
This would require water, drainage and a boiler being installed, however once your work-out is complete, you could have a lovely shower and then step out onto your spacious decking and right into that hot-tub!
What hot tub?
The one you can put on the additional decking, including a canopy, which can be constructed with your garden room, ready for you to enjoy on those long lazy weekends.
Or if you’re going for something much simpler and just require a wash hand basin, then we even have a non-plumbed-in option (on show in our showroom).
There are so many ways to change a well-designed and bespoke garden gym into the most amazing workout space.
